The Challenge
Viral Media is a Finnish digital marketing agency specialising in paid social, SEO, and content strategy for e-commerce brands. Their existing website was a five-year-old WordPress site that had been patched and extended so many times it had become slow, visually dated, and impossible to update without developer help. More critically, it was generating almost no inbound leads — the site had no clear conversion path, no case study content, and ranked for almost no commercial keywords. The agency was growing through referrals alone and needed a platform that could work as a sales asset.
Our Approach
We treated this as a lead generation project first and a website project second. We started by mapping the agency's ideal client profile and the questions those clients ask before hiring a digital marketing partner. From there we built a content architecture around those questions — service pages that answered objections, case study pages that demonstrated results, and a homepage that qualified visitors and pushed them toward a discovery call. The technical rebuild was in service of that strategy.
What We Delivered
We rebuilt the site on WordPress with a custom Elementor Pro theme, optimised for speed and SEO from the ground up. We wrote and structured all service pages around target keywords, built a case study section with filterable results by industry and service type, and implemented a multi-step lead qualification form that routed enquiries to the right team member. We also set up Google Analytics 4 with conversion tracking and a Search Console integration to monitor keyword performance from day one.
